We would rather be corrected than quoted
Tell us we are wrong.
Every cell on this site links to the page it came from, so anyone who spots an error can check it and fix it.
If a cell misstates your product, send the URL of the page that says otherwise. We will read that page, update the cell, and change its as-of date. We will not remove an accurate cell because it is unflattering, and we will not add a claim that only exists in a press release.
Sentiment is a sample, and samples can be wrong in two ways worth reporting: a quote that misrepresents its context, or a platform where your users actually talk that we did not read. Both are worth telling us about. What we will not do is remove a real, in-context negative quote because it is negative.
Email corrections@aiharnesses.ai with the cell and the source URL. We cannot check a correction without one.
